- Our client, we're on the hunt for a Senior Accountant with a strong Oracle Fusion background to join our finance team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in our financial operations and technology transformation efforts, helping us redefine the future of retail.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oracle Fusion: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion to optimize our financial systems, streamline processes, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Business Change Management: Lead and champion financial transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Retail Sector Expertise: Use your extensive retail industry experience to provide insights and recommendations that drive growth and profitability.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to seamlessly integrate financial systems with other critical business technologies.
- Qualified Accountant: Hold a CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification with retail experience.
- Oracle: Showcase your expertise in Oracle Fusion, including hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
- Change Champion: Demonstrate a history of successfully leading business change initiatives within the retail sector.
- Financial Leadership: Previous experience in senior financial roles like Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or similar.
- Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Communication and Leadership: Excel in communication and leadership, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
