Senior Business Executive - Remote - Germany

We are Currently partnering with a scaling fintech / Bank who are looking to bring on strong senior salesperson, who can support their expansion plans throughout Germany. they are looking for someone with a solid history of obtaining new business with an established portfolio, preferably across the Fintech space or NGO area.

They will work on building the portfolio from scratch hand in hand with the CEO and General Manager, with ambitious growth plans they are eager to have people with entrepreneurial spirits who want the scope to carve their own path with a strong backing.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to uncover growth prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Track and report progress on business development initiatives.


  • Extensive experience in business development or sales
  • A Network / Portfolio across either Fintech companies or NGO's (non-governmental organisations)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to bring contacts and clients.
