Our client is an established, market-leading Wealth Management organisation with expanding operations globally. Based London, they are now looking for a passionate IT professional to join their team highly skilled Digital Transformation Business Analyst. We are looking for a digital transformation Business Analyst / Change leader to reinforce our client's innovation team and support the wider digital transformation of their business.
You will be an experienced IT professional who has Business Analysis experience and worked on complex Digital change projects within ideally a Wealth Management organisation. Responsibilities include managing the Software Development Life Cycle, running comparative analysis, business change, compiling information for business processes and requirements. IT solutions that meet the system and process needs for Global regions and associated offices and subsidiaries. This role will require you to manage back and across the business globally and will have a good political understanding, strong negotiating skills and a high level of patience and professionalism.
The Senior Business Analyst will be well versed in consulting across numerous development projects & using your design and implementation process experience, recommending re-engineering of business processes. In terms of experience, we are looking for 4 - 5 years'+ experience in a Digital Change Transformation, preferably from a Technical background. The ideal candidate will take charge of the digital change and enhance the infrastructure/ software applications to provide excellent technical solutions to our client business needs.
* Experience in Wealth Management
* Experience in technology projects involving Front Office or client facing technologies
* Ability to manage stakeholders and take the lead on initiatives
* Ability to gather and document business requirements
* Understands the importance of user experience
* Technical and data analysis skills
* Understanding of the UK regulatory environment (MiFID II etc.)
* Experience in digital technologies / Fintech desired
* Write test scripts as required
* Involvement in business integrations and data migrations for all acquired businesses
