Senior Auditor - Insurance

I am looking for a Senior Auditor on behalf of a prestigious insurance firm, who will be responsible for leading and working as part of a team to deliver a range of internal audits. You will plan, perform and document internal audits under management of Internal Audit and the Head of Internal Audit.

As a Senior Auditor, you will be expected to perform internal audits to the required standards while ensuring that internal controls are suitably designed and are functioning efficiently. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in a fast paced company that is going through an exciting growth phase.

Key responsibilities

* Deliver a range of operational, project and financial audits - planning, performing and documenting
* Identify current and emerging risks and challenges
* Asses control design and advance a test approach of key controls while applying risk and control methods
* Stakeholder Management - maintaining long term relationships

Skills and Expertise

* Must have 5 years of Internal / External Audit experience across financial services
* Experience as an internal auditor within insurance
* Strong technical knowledge of risks and controls
* Have an ACA, ACCA, PIIA, CMIIA, CPA or equivalent audit qualification
* Stakeholder engagement experience
