Senior Agile PMO Analyst


Our client, a leading name in UK Financial Services who are undergoing significant growth require x2 Senior Agile PMO Analyst to join a newly formed transformation office. The Senior Agile PMO Analyst will be responsible for the implementation of the transformation governance cadence across programmes, ongoing alignment across the programmes, the process of running the change management methodology across the business and first line assurance of programme execution and health.

Experience Required

- Strong demonstrable experience of enterprise wide transformation office / project management support activities
- Experience of supporting with the setup of processes/methodologies/governance etc and then embedding this into Programme/s
- Experience of project management methodologies gained through practical application
- Strong Experience of agile project management techniques
- First class communication skills requires and experience of engaging with mid to senior stakeholders
- Strong project portfolio resource allocation, financial management and departmental budgeting experience
- Experience in digital transformation programme(s) of work
- Experience of the Financial Services preferred; although candidates with strong experience of the above in different sectors will be considered
- First class communication and presentation skills required as are good interpersonal and people management skills.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of between £55,000 and £65,000 plus a generous range of benefits
