Account Manager - Data/ Insight and Analytics Solutions
My client are an agency who specialise in retail, banking, insurance and real estate. Despite the current situation they are still hiring and looking to onboard a new Senior Account Manager with three years minimum experience in Senior Account Management with some knowledge and history of working on Data/ Insight and Analytics Solutions.
The Senior Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for all commercial and P & L matters across the portfolio - strengthening areas of weakness and identifying new opportunities for growth.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating internal teams to deliver positive customer outcomes at all times.
Together with data planning and wider portfolio teams, you will help our clients to be data driven in order to enhance the understanding of their business and use this knowledge to influence future business decisions to drive performance profitability.
The Senior Account Manager will be accountable for managing the key aspects of the relationship between internal Insight and the end client, promoting good working relationships.
In conjunction with the technical, project, planning and analytic teams, the Account Manager will be responsible to ensure the services provided into our clients and partners are delivered to a high quality and on-time.
You will plan, develop and deliver a structured stakeholder contact strategy ensuring reviews are timely, relevant and appropriate for the client account.
You will be expected to establish and develop relationships across the client services team in all countries.
