Salesforce Technical Support Engineer - 6M contract - Casablance, Morocco
We are looking for a locally based Salesforce Technical Support Engineer for a 6 month contract in Casablanca, Morocco
Training will be provided by Salesforce.com and a technical escalation point will be provided and the nature of the work is as follows:
i. provide technical support for the Salesforce.com Windows and Mac environments.
ii. provide technical support for the Salesforce.com desktop hardware including printers, PCs, Laptops, monitors.
iii. provide technical support for the Salesforce.com mobile devices.
iv. provide diagnostic assistance to the Salesforce.com IT Team, in regard to infrastructure equipment such as switches, routers, servers.
v. log, and update support calls on the Salesforce.com case management system.
vi. be for all intents and purposes an extension of the Salesforce.com IT Team in the US.
We need someone who is fluent English speakling, possesses Technical skills in Windows and Mac support and experience working with end users to resolve technical issues.
