Role: Sales Manager - Full Loads and Freight Forwarding

The company
We are a fast-growing privately-owned freight forwarder, which is structured to cover road, air, sea and global.

The role
You will help to grow the new department to help maintain a balance of equipment in and out of each country. The role will involve buying loads ensuring our own fleet is optimal and balance the flow of equipment back to European ports.

Required experience and skills
- Extensive experience with selling full loads
- Experience in Freight Forwarding
- Evidence of building and maintaining key relationships
- Strong and effective communicator
- Resilient and hardworking
- Capable of growing and driving the department
