Retail Test Manager

This Test Manager will have to have recent detailed Retail experience who has excellent experience of writing Test strategies from scratch, with excellent Data requirements and retail sourcing good experience within the Testing arena You will know how to identify Test requirements, scope, plan and know how the testing should look and be treated

Defines and aligns programme's testing strategy to the enterprise IT test strategy, test quality framework and supporting standards and policies to ensure the most cost effective, timely and appropriate risk-based testing approaches are utilised.

The role will require someone with extensive testing experience who can manage test services organisation to deliver quality across end-to-end solutions to support business needs. Key competencies will include understanding of different types of testing and strategies, test automation, defect management, management of test environment and data requirements as well as status and KPI reporting.

Leads the Programme Testing Team and is responsible for guiding and assuring test activities, ensuring alignment with the overall test strategy, quality framework and standards and policies

Guides, assures, and directs test activities being undertaken across different testing teams, including by suppliers

Testing in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments

Utilising test automation approaches and tools.
