My Investment Management Client are an industry winning global provider at the forefront of designing and delivering investment solutions to suit their clients needs. Innovation is paramount to the development of their investment capability and as leaders in their chosen areas of expertise they continue to look for opportunities to grow and develop their business across new client channels and countries.

They are seeking a high performing Regulatory Reporting Associate to work within their Distribution and Operations Technology Division. This person will join an already high performing team with scope to develop and grow. They are responsible for:

* Infrastructure strategy and execution of projects to implement the strategy.
* The evolution of the Client Platform solution further extending client sales and servicing capabilities within the organisation.
* Execution of data centric projects to improve the flow of information across the organisation.
* The implementation of a new Reporting Platform to provide a step change in the way information is reported to clients.

Role Requirements:

* Accurate and timely production of the team's regular monthly, quarterly and annual requirements
* Ensure that queries are investigated appropriately and resolved satisfactorily within specified timeframes
* To document all current regulatory reporting processes
* Work closely with other team members to make sure new reporting requirements are fully documented before go-live and necessary changes to process are enacted in BAU
* Take responsibility for bespoke pooled & segregated Regulatory Reporting including issue tracking for follow-up with various teams

Experience Required:

* Experience of regular reporting ideally gained within an Asset Manager/Investment Bank
* Prior experience of regulatory reporting experience (e.g. UCITS KIID) an advantage
* Strong client relationship management/development skills
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills, proven ability to multi task and prioritise
* Proactive and flexible approach, an individual who will use their skills and experience to fully develop the role
* Operates with professionalism, honesty and integrity at all times
* Strong systems skills to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word
