Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services-FinTech

We are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing Risk team in Manchester. You will be working with our established client base in order to start earning commission quickly whilst building out your own client portfolio. Our client base includes start-up and emerging FinTech's, established FinTech's, niche lenders, Consultancies, Challenger Banks and Tier 1 Banks.

You will work in a team of highly skilled Consultants all of whom are billing above their targets. The practice has seen a 53% increase in profit YoY and doubled in size last year! The team work collaboratively, are dedicated and focused on their markets and they like to share knowledge and have fun.

We believe passionately about developing our people at all levels, you will have access to our Head of L&D and receive in excess of 75 hours of training a year. We focus on skills based training as well as psychology and have programmes developed to help you as you progress up your career path into management/senior leadership.

The practice Director has 17 years of expertise to offer you which is why are are open to Recruitment Consultants from any sector.
