Our MSP/RPO experts in IQ Talent Solutions are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner with RPO experience to join the team. The role will be to work on one of their longest standing clients accounts where they have recently been asked to manage the RPO for the UK arm. The role will be responsible for taking the requisition briefs from the Hiring Manager, releasing the roles to the sourcing teams, ensuring the SLA's are achieved, building strong relationships with the hiring community, direct sourcing team and 3rd party agencies. You will be required to be onsite a couple of days a week, the site is located in central London, you can work from home or the InterQuest offices for the remaining days.
You ideally will have previous experience of working within an onsite capacity as a Recruitment Business Partner or have a perm recruitment agency background as long as you have worked in a client fronting capacity i.e 360 recruitment or account management. You will need to demonstrate strong relationship building skills, have a proven background of delivering to targets and ideally have worked within the professional services/Tech sectors.
