Project Manager HR Systems Implementation

Project Manager with experience of delivering large scale HR systems implementations is urgently required to deliver an Oracle HR systems replacement project. The Project Manager will be required to work with the client to plan and implement a, Oracle HR/Payroll (Oracle HCM, Oracle HRMS) implementation project. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the team and managing a range of work streams across system configuration and customisation (data migration, system interfaces, data warehouse, ETL reports processes, testing and early life support).

Project Manager HR Systems Implementation - Essential Skills

* Excellent HR systems implementation experience and knowledge ideally within (Oracle HCM, Oracle HRMS) but not essential.
* Track record of delivering large scale Oracle & Payroll system replacement projects ideally (Oracle HRMS, Oracle HCM)
* Demonstrable experience of HR and Payroll data migration.
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to operate with credibility at Director Level.
* The ability to operate with flexibility in order to mage shifting priorities and project interdependencies.
* Excellent Project Management experience, full project lifecycle (Prince 2, MSP) including full project life cycle (project start up, development, testing, go live and support)
* Excellent experience of managing a third party implementation partner and other related stakeholders including, matrix management, supplier management and stakeholder management.

* Knowledge and experience of working with Oracle Learning Management (OLM), Oracle OBIEE, Oracle ETL and Data warehouse.
* Track record of delivering large scale Oracle & Payroll system replacement projects ideally (Oracle HRMS, Oracle HCM)
* Project Management delivery experience within the public sector.
* Excellent Oracle HR & Payroll experience and knowledge (Oracle HCM, Oracle HRMS)

Demonstrable experience of HR and Payroll data migration into Oracle H
