Project Manager-Cloud Based Recruitment/Talent management Implementation

Project Manager with experience of implementing a cloud based recruitment system/talent management system or other HR online cloud based services is urgently needed to work with an enterprise wide client to implement a cloud based recruitment/talent management system within a broader programme of transformation.

The Project Manager will be responsible for implementing a new cloud based recruitment/talent management system including facilitating process changes whilst working closely with service leads across HR and other teams to successfully manage the implementation.

Essential Experience

* Experience of implementing a cloud based recruitment/talent management system or other relevant HR online cloud services.
* Ability and knowledge to operate with credibility across a systems implementation project environment ideally within cloud technologies.
* Experience of working within a broader transformational programme with the ability to think strategically about their outputs and how this links to the broader change agenda.
* Excellent project management experience with the ability to manage projects to budget, quality and set timescales.
* Experience of recruitment or talent management solutions/systems.

Project Manager-Cloud Based Recruitment/Talent management Systems Implementations-

Desirable Experience

* Experience of implementing a cloud based recruitment system/talent management or HR cloud online service within a complicated environment within a government or regulated environment.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
