Programme Manager - Adults Social Care

Programme Transformation Consultant (Adults Social Care) – 2 days per week

£450-550 per day (outside IR35)

I am currently searching for Programme Leads to join my local authority setting up their overarching transformation programme for adults’ social care and need to get a number of programmes and projects within this off the ground.

My client is looking for some additional capacity to define some of these programmes this includes engaging with stakeholders to agree the purpose and scope, to defining new work and bringing together and aligning existing projects. The successful candidates will need to bring these together into coherent programmes which include outcomes, benefits, outline plans, resourcing, risks, issues and dependencies before handing these on for delivery.

The PMO Lead role is required to set up the PMO for the Adult Social Care transformation programme.

PMO Lead, and Programme Manager must have:

• Local government experience is essential.
• PMO expertise essential for the first role, programme management experience essential for the second role – in both cases able to flex and be proportionate with the approach.
• Adult social care experience is essential.
