Job Title: Operational Resilience Contractor (3-6 Month Contract)

Location: London (hybrid)

Duration: 3-6 months

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Contractor for a 3-6 month contract to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Operational Resilience, with proven experience in defining and managing programs akin to business continuity or disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational resilience strategies.
  • Lead and manage programs focused on business continuity and disaster recovery.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential operational disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational resilience.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resilience programs, making necessary adjustments.
  • Provide training and guidance on operational resilience best practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to resilience initiatives.


  • Proven experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, or Disaster Recovery.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver programs successfully.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, or related fields.
  • Experience in a similar contractor role.
