Our multinational client provides the top financial and telecoms organisations with a vast range of lifestyle membership programmes and superior travel products.

They are seeking a .Net Team Lead to design and develop practical and maintainable software solutions under the agreed development plan. The role will work closely with the Development manager to achieve standards to the approved specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide and coach the development team on new/existing systems.
- Document complex technical work required by development, maintenance and support tasks.
- Improve and sustain the quality of the software/documentation delivered to quality assurance.
- Lead software analysis, design and specification tasks for relevant functions.
- Provide proactive technical support to customers/clients as and when necessary.
- Initiate agile process improvements to support productivity, effectiveness and professionalism of the entire team, without negatively impacting budgets/plans in place.

Essential Skills
- Detailed experience of working across multiple delivery organisations in a global environment.
- Excellent stakeholder communication/management both internally/externally.
- Modern web development and framework experience (html/javascript/CSS & SASS/Angular etc.) as well as knowledge of programming languages (Python/Ruby).
- Deep understanding of source control tools like GIT or SVN.
- Knowledge of SOA methodologies for software design/delivery.
- Exceptional written and spoken English/communication.

Desirable Skills
- Understanding of projects within Travel/Insurance/Loyalty & Benefits sectors.
- Cloud technology experience (AWS).
- IT Degree qualified or similar.
