Our clients based in Newcastle have a fantastic mobile development team who provide software solutions on a worldwide basis that include document management and collaboration, project management, information modelling & management and mobile operations.

The Role:

You would be joining a development team, as part of a multi-national Agile-process group that is providing software solutions in a Xamarian/.NET/SQLServer/C# target environment. The successful candidate will have a strong history of delivering mobile enabled enterprise solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Design and build advanced applications for mobile platform
* Working with the system architect and development and QA teams to perform product design, implementation, defect verification and remedy on application software projects
* Liaises directly the management team to implement against product requirements and to deliver on time and with quality.
* Identifies opportunities for improving software development methods and procedures and communicates recommendations appropriately.

Essential Requirements

* Ability to write clear, concise code in C# using a variety of standard .NET
* Experience with Xamarin development
* Experience implementing formal software design patterns in large-scale solutions.
* Solid understanding of REST principles
* Experience with multi-tiered architectures in a SOA environment
* Experience utilizing unit testing and mocking frameworks such as MSTest, NUnit, Moq, Rhino Mocks, and similar tools


* Experience with Agile Development methodologies
* Experience with Test Driven Development
* Experience with Enterprise Application Integration

Package up to £60,000, 25 days (increasing to 29 with service) + bank holidays.
