Marketing and Campaign Manager (IT Services)



Our global client are seeking a Marketing and Campaign Manager (IT Services) to be the subject matter expert and point of contact for all campaigns, turning the business needs into reality. The incumbent individual ideally would come from an IT services/ product environment, familiar with using marketing and campaign techniques to increase sales opportunities in the European region.

Marketing and Campaign Manager (IT Services) Key Responsibilities:

* Be focused primarily on enabling and marketing of the IT services portfolio core offerings: Software, Cloud, IT Services & Outsourcing, Analytics and Business Intelligence, and IT Infrastructure.
* Responsible for the Marketing & Sales enablement plan
* Play a key role in integrating a marketing plan that includes coordinated activities targeting Customers, Influencers, Sales and Partners.
* Responsible for the design of an effective and efficient mix of marketing campaigns to achieve KPI's: media, web, social media, sales enablement, events, telemarketing, etc
* Owns the sell-to program at Europe and country level (key deliverables for thought leadership, demand generation activities, sales enablement, funding, and execution).

Marketing and Campaign Manager (IT Services) Essential Skills & Experience:

* Good understanding of the IT Services and IT computing technology market in the European region
* Experience in running programs at Europe and country level. Ability to work with countries to develop a program and bring it to execution.
* Sell-to and sell-with demand generation programs, marketing KPI's and result tracking processes
* Strong project management and analytical skills.
* Strong analytical skills, usage of main customer intelligence tools, ability to build insight from data
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with senior executives.
* Strong relationship capabilities to manage senior sales stakeholders. Ability to interface BU leaders at Europe and country level, get buy-in and agreement.

Desirable Skills

* Proven experience in a high tech industry or complex services business that is being consumerised, SW, Cloud, Services or outsourcing industries highly preferred
* Considerable, proven success in owning (and successful delivering) revenue and profit objectives
