Our client are a global name within the hospitality sector and they are looking for a 2nd line support engineer to join there team.
* Rate - Up to £300 p/d Inside IR35
* Hybrid Working
* Inital 3 month contract rolling
You will be:
* Responsible for delivering an exceptional level of IT Support service throughout the business, participating in the cluster services, acting as the SME for regional support incidents.
* Receiving and owning escalations within the business.
* Ensuring that any incidents are resolved as quickly as possible.
* Driving improvements in customer satisfaction.
* Work with EMEAA Service Management colleagues to provide a Major Incident Management service throughout the business
* End-to-end ownership of all technical faults escalated to the team, working with vendors and other support teams as required to resolve the faults.
* Provide assistance with ad-hoc requests from within the business as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Cisco, Meraki, Back ups and Network Providers.
