Temp to Perm (12 Months Initially)

London - Hybrid Working (3 days a week in office)

IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our key financial services clients, supporting with the recruitment of a Personal Assistant to join their Legal and Compliance teams

This role will join the internal Legal and Compliance teams and will provide high level team administrative and personal assistant support, with ideal candidates having experience in a similar role preferably within the legal or financial services sector.

The duties & responsibilities the Personal Assistant will undertake:

* Extensive scheduling of meetings with inbox and diary management for the Senior Managing Lawyer
* First point of contact for a range of external and internal contracts
* Work with PA team members within the group and other parts of the business; cover for other PA roles when required
* Travel arrangements and expenses and invoice processing
* Providing assistance with key departmental projects
* Creating, amending and updating reports and spreadsheets
* Further tasks to ensure business needs are met
* Arranging meetings (internal and external)
* Managing legal and compliance documentation and supporting with sourcing or filing of documents
* Arrangements for joiner / leavers

The experience & skills the Personal Assistant will have:

* Proven previous relevant experience in a PA, Secretarial or Team Administrative role
* Ideally experience of working in the Financial Services or Legal Sector
* Volume diary management experience for multiple stakeholders using Outlook
* Excellent organisational skills, proven ability to multitask and prioritise for multiple stakeholders
* Ability to work under pressure and with conflicting priorities
* Proactive and flexible approach
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to operate with professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times
* Strong systems skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
