An exciting business who has won large commercial contracts is looking to take on their very first DevOps / Platform Engineer. As an award winning start-up they've positioned themselves as the #1 in their niche, now they are in a position to scale and the plan is to move from PHP monolith to MicroServices framework, and you can lead it!!

They leverage cloud from Google but most of the engineering team come from an AWS background.
The existing platform is not scalable, it's simply not fit for purpose due to growth.
You will come in to support the build of several back end applications that have large customer bases. Having a DevOps mindset is essential as you will architect and define the DevOps strategy for the business for years to come.
* Ideally you will come with hands on experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
* Strong experience with CI and CD pipelines config.
* TDD and BDD.
