We have worked in the Risk, Audit and Compliance recruitment space now for the past 20 years and are very well placed to understand the ever increasing need for financial services organisations to protect their operations. With teams based across Manchester and London our consultant offer expert advice and source top talent into clients that range from traditional banks through to challenger banks. Due to the continued success of our teams and the increase in demand from our client base we are looking to expand our Manchester team and want to give a number of individuals the opportunity to start a career in recruitment!
We can offer you a structured training programme delivered by our highly experienced in-house training manager whilst also being supported and mentored by our leadership team who have between them 60 years of Risk recruitment experience. You will work alongside a team of high performing consultants who have been in your shoes and will share techniques and offer you support and advice. You will be presented with a clear career progression plan that is discussed and reviewed with you on a regular basis.
We would like you to have experience of working in either sales (B2B or B2C), customer services or any environment where you have had to work to KPI's or targets.
To be successful in this role you need to enjoy working in a fast paced environment, you need to be self-driven and not afraid to work towards results and deadlines. Communication skills are essential in the role so you will need to have exceptional skills both verbal and written. A good sense of humour is always desired as we work hard but also like to have fun and share a good time together at work.
