We work predominately with senior leadership and C-Suite executives to identify and solve their talent and skills needs with permanent, interim, and project solutions. Following an extremely strong period of performance and growth we are continuing to grow the business and are looking to hire someone to join our newest office in Amsterdam.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone to focus on sourcing senior level candidates across all areas of risk and support our Managing Consultant with her portfolio of existing clients. The role will then evolve into a 360 recruitment consultants and you will specialise within a niche area of risk. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to play a key role in the growth of our Amsterdam office as we continue to invest and grow our Dutch market.
What do experience do you need?
We are looking for individuals with B2B/B2C sales experience from an inbound or outbound calls. We would also be interested in speaking with individuals who have experience with high level phone based activity. You will need to enjoy working in a fast paced environment, be self-driven and not afraid to work towards results and deadlines. Communication skills are essential in the role so you will need to have exceptional skills both verbally and written. A good sense of humour is always desired as we work hard but also like to have fun and share a good time together at work.
