Our MSP/RPO experts in IQ Talent Solutions are looking for a Junior Recruitment Business Partner with solid recruitment experience to join the team. The role will be to work on one of their key MSP client accounts, based onsite in central London for 3 days a week (and from home/IQ offices the other 2 days). Working closely with the Recruitment Business Partner to manage the contractor workforce, the role will be responsible for taking requisition briefs from Hiring Managers, releasing the roles to the sourcing teams, ensuring SLA's are achieved, co-ordinating interviews and managing the offer process for contractors. You will be a key point of contact for any queries, so building strong relationships with the hiring community, direct sourcing team and 3rd party agencies is also key. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator/Assistant looking to take their next step into a Recruitment Business Partner role.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of working as a Recruitment Co-ordinator/Recruitment Assistant/Administrator, and have experience in managing volume recruitment. You will have worked closely with hiring managers and have excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail is also key.
