IT Support Analyst (2nd Line Support)

IT Support Analyst required to support managing the end user services within a higher education organisation. The IT Support Analyst will be needed to support the IT current and future aims of the University. The IT Support Analyst is also responsible for incident and problem resolution and service request fulfilment within agreed service level agreements. The team is also involved in the deployment of new services and devices to support the current and future aims of the University.

This role is being offered:

* 3 month Contract
* £175 to £200 per day (Inside IR35)
* Hybrid working - mixture of 2 days per week in office (central London) and 3 days remote working.


* Experience of supporting mainstream operating systems
* Experience of Office 365 and Office Apps
* Good customer services experience
* Working knowledge of Teams, OneDrive and Sharepoint
* Ability to follow pre-defined documented instructions


* Experience of working on a service desk or in a customer services role
* Experience of using call logging platforms, ideally ITSM platform.
