IT ServiceDesk Analyst - Central London - up to £35k base

We need an experienced 1st Line ServiceDesk Analyst to provide 1st line technical support to banking users with desktop equipment and printers. You'll answer, log and action all calls to the IT ServiceDesk.

You must have proven experience in operation and administration of the operating systems used by the financial sector, primarily MS Windows. Experience of service management tools and processes and Good problem diagnostic skills, both in hardware and software. with knowledge of the banking and financial services industry (preferable).

Financial Services/Investment Banking experience is essential
