Service Management Associate - Marlow (Permanent) £35,000 - £40,000 base salary + company perks

They are a trusted partner of the likes of Apple, Microsoft and Adobe. Offering a growing portfolio of services including software licensing, cyber security and IT infrastructure, they are looking to invest in their next member of their IT Services team to help contribute to the design of services for the organisation and it's Customers, taking responsibility for creating service design processes and procedures. You will be in place ready to support the development, build and delivery of new services as well as enhance existing offerings. You will have the opportunity to create and manage operational service designs, which will include process maps, RACI's and supporting collateral.

This role will predominantly be facing off to the solutions teams and but you will have time with customers to scope and agree customer specific processes and interfaces, producing Service Architecture documentation.

The client has instructed that to be a successful candidate they would like to see the following areas of experience / exposure and behaviours;

* ITIL knowledge (a certification would be great) Ultimately an awareness of service methodologies such as SIAM and Agile
* Experience of working within an IT Services organisation
* Excellent oral and written skills
* Prioritisation
* Adaptability
* Contract review experience in an operational capacity, focussed on requirements and solutions alignment
