Service Desk Analyst - Central London - initial 3 month contract - up to £160 per day

Our client is looking for new Service Desk Analyst to handle and resolve all IT incidents from the users across the organisation, as well as support the technical components & business applications.

You will be providing 1 st line support to users across underpinned systems, products and services.

Essential Experience:

* ITIL v3 Foundation or equivalent
* Knowledge of ITIL processes
* Handling user administration requests
* Service Desk call logging & tracking systems
* Experience with remote support tools
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
