IT Service Analyst - Surrey

£35,000 - £40,000 base salary + bonus & benefits.

35 hour working week - 9.00am - 5.00pm

We have the pleasure of representing a prestigious organisation with an excellent working culture in Surrey.

This will sit within an End User Services Team which is made up of 10 staff across 3 sites. They provide services including but not limited to Desktop, Printing and Telephony for 1800+ user base.

The team supports in excess of 2000 devices including telephone handsets, desktop PCs, laptops, Wyse terminals, mobile devices, printers, scanners and audio-visual equipment; approximately 300 server and desktop software applications.

What does this opportunity look like?

Service Analyst is responsible for providing IT support or Service Management to the end-user community to ensure issues are resolved within SLA, and to liaise with 3rd party I.T. suppliers as needed.

We are looking to appoint someone with lots of gravitas and the experience of being technically hands on with supporting IT to a 2 nd line level touching upon 3 rd line if and when needed.

We are also looking for candidates to have detailed O365 support experience which includes user administration, Sharepoint, support or management, forms and flow creation.

They are required to work to a shift pattern to cover necessary business requirements. You will assume operational responsibility for their site (Manchester / Glasgow / Reigate)

This role is at the VIP level of our customer so need to be able to act as an escalation point (up to director level)
