IT Project Manager- Education charity

IT Project Manager with experience of delivering digital customer experience to a widespread and ideally global user base is needed to work with an independent education charity client to manage a number of new and existing, IT (Software/Infrastructure) , digital and business change projects.

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing a number of end to end projects including providing project management documents, project plans and risk and issue logs.

IT Project Manager- Education charity - Essential Experience

* Solid Project Management experience with the ability to employ formal Project Management methodologies (Prince 2)
* Experience of delivering digital customer experience to a widespread user base.
* Experience of working on global platforms with various nationalities, backgrounds and cultures.
* Knowledge around of the process around transitioning from project to operational service and techniques/methods to aid this transition.
* Track record of successfully delivering multiple projects to budget, timescales and quality targets using matrix teams.
* Excellent experience of managing external IT providers and contract resources.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to create a project team ethos and manage a diverse range of stakeholder requirements.

IT Project Manager- Education charity - Desirable Experience

* Experience of providing project management within an Education and or awarding bodies environment.

This is a two year fixed term position.
