My client is a leading global Investment Management business looking to hire a highly personable/ multi disciplined IT Helpdesk Services Analyst responsible for the day to day provision for technology and office serviceds across the global business. From a technology perspective, this includes the management of the companies infrastructure (i.e. network, servers, devices and storage), data centres, virtual desktop environment, applications, batch processes (including data feeds and interfaces), databases and IT Security.

On-site support teams also provide customer service, application support, change management oversight, release management, business continuity planning, incident management, vendor management and user access control and provisioning.

The IT Helpdesk Services Analyst will be expected to:

* Ensure calls are responded to within a timely manner and manage customer's expectations, ensuring they receive regular updates.
* Ticket escalation
* Update & manage Helpdesk tickets through to resolution.
* Carry out root cause analysis.
* Undertake BAU continuous improvement and small-scale projects.

The successful C# Quant Developer will possess:

* Proven experience with Windows 10 & Office 365.
* Good understanding of Active Directory.
* Strong knowledge of RSA.

Other benefitial skills considered:

* VMWare/ VDI Environment
* ServiceNow
* Intune
* MS Teams
* Powershell Scripting

The role will start remotely but ideally return to office work in the New Year with WFH also.
