An opportunity is available for an IT Services Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting the ITS Delivery & Operations leadership team for a market leading organisation within financial services. The role will help to ensure the Operations team maintain services and drive IT change as effectively and efficiently as possible

- Creative, proactive, logical and innovative
- An ability to gather and use data to identify areas of change or improvement that can bring about the greatest benefit to the organisation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to build and develop relationships with the ability to analyse and interpret data/information and explain the results clearly and succinctly
- Computer literacy skills. Practical application of Word/PowerPoint/Excel, PPM, JIRA and vFIRE would be advantageous
- An ability to plan and organise effectively, both on your own and as part of a team, delivering accurate results to strict deadlines
- Experience of working in a project or delivery orientated environment, as well as an appreciation of budgeting and finances would be beneficial
