Interquest are working with a leading contractor that delivers revoluationary engineering solutions across the construction and civil engineering sectors. They are currently seeking an 1st Line ServiceDesk Technician to work within their ICT team to support Hyper Care of their ERP roll-out. This person must be able to support Microsoft Office products including 365, Windows 10 and Android devices, and be proficient in troubleshooting hardware and network connectivity issues.


* Provide telephone support with a drive for first time fix.
* Log all request received into the ServiceDesk and manage the workload effectively.
* Ensure oustanding level 1 tickets are updated daily displaying progress and next steps.
* Provide 1st line technical support as require, escalating cases with detail to Application Support.
* Ticket ownership and monitoring until resolution is achieved.
* Focus on continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.
* Participate in small projects when required.

About You:

* Experience working on a ServiceDesk and use of call logging tools.
* Experience working in a customer facing environment.
* Experience creating and maintaining users.
* Commercial network exprience.
* Knowledge of the MS Office suite up to 365 and Windows operating system up to Windows 10.
* Any relevant experience with Citrix, Routers and Exchange is desirable.

The ideal candidate will hold a driving license and be able to commute via car to the Hoddesdon office 3 days per week.
