My client, a leading Asset Management Company are seeking a talented Intranet and Internal Communications Specialist to join their ever growing Marketing team of driven and vibrant digital gurus.
This is an initial contract of 12 months, due to start over the coming weeks, offering a very competitive day rate and a great opportunity to shine within the business and build some good relationships for the contract duration and future.
The purpose of the role is to own the newly rolled out Intranet (Unily) by managing all of the internal communications across the business UK and Globally. Posting accordingly across multiple channels, such as Email, Intranet and Print. Responsibilities will also include; - chairing the monthly coordination meeting, creating new pages, bug testing, analysing data, coordinating content, liaising with third parties, intranet maintenance and user journeys.
* Unily or other hands on experience with another content management systems (CMS)
* Financial Services or Big Corporate Company
* Internal communication experience (across multiple locations in UK or Global)
* Digital or Technical background
* Intranet or Website
* Experience of vendor relationships
* Strong stakeholder/relationship building experience
* Asset/Investment Management background
* Global Content
* MI experience
