Incident Coordinator - Hove - Incident Management -ITIL - IT Operation Centre

Our client are an award winning multinational financial services company, its products and services include investment management, lifetime mortgages, pensions and life assurance. They are seeking a Product Owner with a background in Voice/Telephony/Contact Centre/ Unified Comms

The duties of the Incident Coordinator are as follows:
- Supporting the IT Operations Centre Lead as part of a 24 hrs on call team, in the delivery of the Operation Centre Services to The Business Customers
- Act as the interface between our client and their Vendors during major incidents and will have end to end responsibility for the Management, Communication, Escalation, Investigation and Resolution
- Work with Performance Management teams on delivering measurable and demonstrable improved levels of service and improving employee engagement
- Work with Service Desk and Level 2 Incident Management Resolver Teams to ensure that Service achieves their targets
- Work to build effective, positive working relationships with their 3rd Party Service providers and the wider IT communities

Required Knowledge and Experience:
- ITIL v3 Certified
- Experience of escalation and resolution point for Major Incidents and service related matters
- Extensive experience of working in an IT Operations Centre
- Experience of Matrix Management
- Manage post transition of applications and services from programmes and projects into a live service estate are managed
