Implementation Project Manager

This is an opportunity for an experienced Implementation Project Manager based anywhere within Germany or Austria, working for a global Analytics, BI, and data management organisation.

What you will do:

You will play a vital role in the successful implementation of analytical projects, providing consulting services, including systems / cloud engineering, application development and closeout at customer sites and assist sales teams with sales activities. These services will span the whole project lifecycle, consist of business and technical consulting to maximize our customers' invest in software.

Working as part of the Analytics Platform delivery team will present you with the opportunity to drive change, deliver strategic value and broaden your knowledge with analytics. You will work with market leading solutions for digitalization and a variety of top ranked customers on all industries.

Salary - 93,000-105,000 Euros
Permanent
Remote working - Travel to visit clients

What they are looking for:

* Experience with technical and business approaches and solutions related to general business intelligence/analytics/data integration/data warehousing.
* Have minimum 10 years of experience in implementing complex software solutions in different companies.
* Have great experience in traditional Project Management methodologies and are strong in agile methodologies to lead and coach both your team and the customer.
* Gets motivated as project manager for both smaller projects as well as big and complex projects.
* Have great and proven people management skills.
* Ability to lead project teams, gain consensus and mediate conflict
* Superior organizational and decision-making skills. Have superior stakeholder management skills
* Have great experience in running projects with distributed teams both from own and customer organization with several different nationalities.
* Have experience with Program Management
* Ability to integrate knowledge and demonstrate competence across related business areas
* Excellent analysis, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skill.
* Ability to present concepts and strategies in a way that influences adoption.
* Ability to choose between defined financial, strategic, and tactical option.
* Knowledge of Project Management Practice procedures and tools.
