Hyper-Care Release Lead - E-commerce/Retail

Role Purpose What is the overall purpose of the role ?

The hyper-care Manager will pick up from the cutover manager once the platform has been launched and met the entry criteria for hyper-care. You will have implemented all the necessary monitoring processes across the business and technical aspects of the solution to ensure it is operating within set parameters. You will also oversee any issues that are raised, ensure they are prioritised, communicated and resolved running multiple daily check-points and providing MI to our senior leadership team.

Responsibilities include and essentials required:

Have Implemented the appropriate governance and controls across the entire hyper-care process is 100% essential for this role

A recent detailed E-commerce and Retail background is essential for thsi role the client and manager require this background for this to be a success.

Experience with Service Now is also essential for this role

Work across the business teams to ensure key reporting metrics are known and in place and can be provided on both scheduled and adhoc times throughout hyper-care

Work across the technical and support teams to ensure key reporting metrics are known and in hand and can be provided on both scheduled and adhoc times throughout hyper-care

Define the hyper-care resourcing models for both the internal business teams and our partners

Ensure key checkpoints throughout hyper-care are clear and defined with acceptance criteria

Recent & demonstratable experience in hyper-care management for e-Commerce programmes, ideally with Salesforce and MuleSoft technology

Detailed in thinking and planning

Has a technical background, or can fully understand the technical landscape to enable broad understanding of the process and be able to challenge where necessary

Worked with complicated supplier landscapes
