HR Transformation Programme Manager-

HR Transformation Programme Manager with experience of delivering large scale HR Transformations and HR systems implementations is urgently required to deliver an HR systems Transformation project. The HR transformation initiate is a phased transformation programme to fundamentally change the process and systems that deliver HR procedures across the organisation.

The HR Transformation Programme Manager will be required to work with the client to plan and implement a HR transformation programme at a senior stakeholder level including an Oracle HR systems implementation.

The HR Transformation Programme Manager will be responsible for leading the team and managing a range of work streams across system configuration, customization and senior stakeholder engagement initiatives.

HR Transformation Programme Manager- HR Transformation- Essential Skills

* Strong Porgramme and Project management experience (Prince 2/MSP).
* Extensive experience of working on HR business change and HR transformations programmes.
* Good knowledge of and experience of HR processes and procedures.
* Hood knowledge of finance systems and processes.
* Excellent HR systems implementation experience and knowledge ideally within (Oracle HCM, Oracle HRMS) but not essential (Not a sole technical system implementation role)
* Track record of delivering large scale Oracle & Payroll system replacement projects ideally (Oracle HRMS, Oracle HCM).
* Demonstrable experience of HR and Payroll data migration.
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to operate with credibility at Director Level.
* Excellent experience of managing a third party implementation partner and other related stakeholders including, matrix management, supplier management and stakeholder management.

HR Transformation Programmer Manager- HR Transformation- Desirable Skills

* Programme Management delivery experience within the public sector.
* Knowledge and experience of working with Oracle Learning Management (OLM), Oracle OBIEE, Oracle ETL and Data warehouse.

Please note that this assignment is Outside of IR35 for 10 months.
