London (remote during the pandemic)

ed to be working with one of our key clients a leader in the retail sector to support them with the recruitment of an HR Internal Communications Business Partner on a permanenent basis paying up to £70,000.

The role is remote during the pandemic and can be UK based, but as a requirement of the position the successful candidate will be required to travel to a specific Hub location such as, London in a week.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Deliver internal communications that are aligned to the company strategy
* Lead the development and delivery of HR strategic communications programmes across the business, working with colleagues and other stakeholders to deliver timely, targeted, creative and effective internal HR communications
* Lead the development of a HR communications framework
* Build strong stakeholder relationships with senior leaders, supporting them to define their HR communication requirements, providing strategic advice, counsel, and coaching and, when appropriate
* Use formal and informal measurement to evaluate the effectiveness of HR communications and to help improve future communications
* Manage and lead direct reports, developing, motivating, and inspiring high-performing, strategic internal communications professionals
* Work collaboratively with the wider Internal Communications team to develop, maintain, and review sound governance, processes, tools, and templates that provide a strong framework for the Internal Communications function

Skills & Experience

* Ideal candidates will be from an HR internal communications background, specifically with a focus on an operational front-line audience
* Candidates will have a proven background delivering a range of HR comms and will be familiar with HR terminology
* Previous experience leading the planning, development, delivery, and measurement of internal communications programmes that support cultural and organisational change within large, complex organisations will be highly desirable

* Ideal candidates will have experience delivering HR internal communications to a non-office-based population with no/limited access to email and online channels
* Successful candidates will be comfortable working with ambiguity and can thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment and able to adapt to evolving business needs
* Experience managing, leading and developing team members to achieve high performance and support the development of an internal communications function will be a distinct advantage
