IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our most valued clients who are a leader in their field, supporting with the recruitment of a HR Data Analyst specifically focusing on data migration, HR data support and HR system transformation.

This role is based on a hybrid working pattern, with the successful candidate required to attend the office as per the business needs.

What duties & responsibilities the HR Data Analyst - HR will have

* Design and finalise the data migration strategy and data structures
* Instruct HRIS to clean Workday data where corrections are required
* Prepare the data conversion rules
* Run the data migration process (iterative)
* Support the design of the reporting and analytics reports and dashboards
* Data mapping, analysis, and conversion between two different HR systems
* Identify issues or anomalies in the data workstream, flag to stakeholders and amend rules for analytics and reporting purposes
* Responsible for global people and organisational data reporting, analytics, and insights
* Optimisation of system reporting for HR analytics to deliver strategic "people" insights
* Communicate analysis results across the organisation in a way that informs and drives the action.
* Develop, optimise, and automate reporting and dashboards for all audiences including Board level
* Deliver statutory and agreed external reporting priorities (e.g., AR, DJSI, WDI, D&I etc).

What skills & experience the HR Data Analyst - HR will have

* Proven background working as a HR Data Analyst within a HR system transformation piece
* Proven background working on HR data migration projects
* At least one experience of working in a HR data implementation-based role
* You will be an advanced Excel user, able to create and use VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables, etc
* Experience of Workday or Oracle will be a distinct advantage
* Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to challenge and guide stakeholders where needed
* High professional standards for customer service, confidentiality, and quality of work
* Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
* Willing to learn and develop, as situation and knowledge changes
