Head of Finance - Securitization

InterQuest are currently supporting a well established and growing challenger bank in identifying a Head of Finance to join the organization on a permeant or a 12m FTC basis. The role would focus heavily on management of the banks securitization programme as well as their relationship with the regulator.

This would be a role based in London (City) with 2 days working from home per week.

Responsibilities would include
- Establishing securitization, capability and issuances for the bank alongside providing oversight of activities and managing stakeholders
- Management of a team of finance analysts
- Responsible for the banks funding and liquidity programmes
- Managing the securitization programme for the bank

The ideal candidate would have
- Extensive securitization experience with experience of structured finance
- Management experience
- Strong mortgage knowledge including BTL
