Global ecommerce scale up in Berlin are changing the way that we travel and are looking for a strategic marketing hire to run their CRM department. Working closely with the C-Suite and other Senior stakeholders they are looking at experts in CRM tech and strategies.

During a period of growth they are looking to expand thier CRM tech stack across all brands, implementing and testing new channels including messenger and app push.

Taking their segmentation and campainging strategy to the next level - developing automation strategies and streamlining current processes.

From day one you will be tasked with reviewing, rating and optimizing all processes across the Group and making recommendations to the Board, managing budgets, analysing and reporting to make changes that improve and enrich all facets of the channels.

You will need;

- Minimum of 7 years' experience in CRM

- Minimum of 4 years' management/leading of full time teams

- Proven knowledge about markets and media landscapes in Europe
