InterQuest are thrilled to be working alongside a thriving fintech that is looking to bring on a Head of Compliance & MLRO into the business.

Your focus will be a standalone opportunity with the chance to build out the compliance function.

Your key responsibilities will be.

• Function as the business' nominated officer for the branch.
• Drive the culture of compliance across the business.
• Build the compliance function for the business.
• Develop Regulatory and financial crime processes and ensure the implementation and appropriate controls that reflect on the business and its requirements.
• Creation of the compliance monitoring plan
• Assist with the application for the branch licence.
