This is a great opportunity to join an insurer as Head of Compliance to lead and define a compliance department
As Head of Compliance, you will lead a team that provides compliance advice for emerging and great exposure to how the firm develops new products. You will also define and implement the compliance monitoring program and be pivotal in the develop of enterprise-wide assurance activities.
This position offers a competitive salary, car allowance, bonus and incredibly flexible hybrid working (Circa 4 days required per month in the office - potentially less!)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire compliance function across compliance monitoring, regulatory advice and horizon scanning for emerging risks
- SME for regulation and advice across the business as well as redefining policies, procedures, and methodologies
- Enterprise-wide training on Compliance/Regulatory matters
- Experience leading a compliance department with a focus on new product development
- Previous experience leading both Advisory/Monitoring functions
- Product development - previous experience translating regulatory requirements i.e. prudential/conduct risk into the development of new products
- Vast experience of presenting and contributing at Ex. Co
