Global retail brand in Amsterdam are looking to increase brand engagement, conversion and develop an omni-channel marketing/comms strategy with a Director level appointment.

Being responsible for the development and implementation of integrated communications plans across the EMEA region to improve brand awareness, engagement and improve sales and conversions.

Working as part of a Global cross function team you will be building brand visibility while teaming up the Media and Marketing teams to ensure Paid, Owned and Earned campaigns are reaching their potential - you will also manage the external realationships with leading Communication agencies.

Other facets of the role will include influencer strategies both on and offline and crisis communications.

As well as managing a team of consultants within the team you will be responsible for the EMEA budgets overseeing country budgets in Europe and the Middle East ensuring they acheive against company/group targets.

There is an opportunity to travel within this role frequently going to meeting and events in Europe and the US.

Working in a beautiful office in Central Amsterdam within a culture of fun and success, the collaoration of the Group has been a huge factor in their global dominance.

They require you to have 10+ years' experience in integrated communications ideally with a mix of agency and brand experience.

Ideally in Fashion, FMCG or Luxury brands

English speaking, ideally with another European language
