IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our key clients, an IT Global Solutions provider to support with the recruitment of a Global Communications Specialist

The role will be based on a flexible hybrid working pattern and will be working across global client accounts, leading, and developing internal communications and social media programmes.

Successful candidates will need to have fluency in English both spoken and written, but additional languages will also be a great advantage

Duties & Responsibilities of the Global Communications Specialist:
- Lead, plan and implement an internal community marketing and communication programme
- Lead creation of new and engaging internal content, incorporating news and information from customers, lines of Business, region, and teams, including videos, podcasts, blogs, written content etc
- Collate and manage internal (quarterly) newsletter, liaising with the wider organisation to find interesting and balanced international content that can be shared with multiple stakeholders
- Manage the LinkedIn page, sharing regular and relevant international content; develop and interact with the community as necessary, including developing innovative content ideas through customer engagement
- Collaborate with marketing teams across the regions to ensure access to a wide variety of international social media content that can be shared
- Supporting with proof-reading content, blogging, video editing, events and events marketing across the UK and Europe.

Skills & Experienced of the Global Communications Specialist:
- Ideally between 5 - 7 years' experience in a similar marketing or communications role
- Fluency in English spoken and written with any other language skills a real advantage
- B2B Services marketing experience (dealing with both public and private sector organisations), including copywriting and design
- Support with video editing where needed
- Experience dealing directly with customers (multiple stakeholder groups, functions, and levels) to identify their challenges, scope requirements, etc.
- Marketing Automation programme awareness and involvement
- Experience working across cultures and teams e.g., across regional boundaries, including internal stakeholders, vendors, partners, and customers
- Delivering on large projects on time and on budget
