GERMAN SPEAKING ITSM (BMC or ServiceNow) Project Manager - 3 month contract - Remote & Munich, Germany

We need an experienced GERMAN SPEAKING ITSM (BMC or ServiceNow) Project Manager with Service Management platform delivery experience got a 3 month rolling contract, Remote working or onsite in Munich, Germany.

You must be able to speak fluent German otherwise your application will not be considered.

The GERMAN SPEAKING ITSM Project Manager will be expected to lead the delivery of Service Management Tool replacement to very challenging timescales and be responsible for full Project Management from project initiation to effective implementation and sign-off.

Working with the third party implementer to agree plans, delivery approach and resource requirements, involving regular reporting both Project and Programme, production and maintenance of Project Plan and Budgets and the initiation, development and delivery of continuous improvement opportunities.

You must have ITSM / Service Management platform delivery experience (ideally BMC or ServiceNow) with full knowledge of the project life cycle and experience of various project development methodologies (including, Waterfall, Incremental and Agile). Be experienced in managing stakeholders both internal and third parties along with experience managing financial budgets (including setting, tracking and reporting project budgeting).

YOU MUST SPEAK BUSINESS LEVEL GERMAN or your application will not be considered and you must be able to travel to Munich once travel restrictions relax.
