* Role is based in North West London. It is remote 3 days a week but must be able to travel to Watford twice a week .

*Fixed term contract, 12 months with the potential to transition to a perm role

We are looking for a suitable candidate to work within the I.T. Back Office Application Support Team based in Watford, U.K. You will work as part of the IT Application Support Team and liaise closely with finance users both at Group level and at local level throughout EMEA as well as with colleagues throughout the I.T. function.

The focus of the role is to support the current and future EPM systems in terms of application support, development and training.

The current systems covered by this role are Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Data Management Extended Edition (FDMEE), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). This will also extend to cover work Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Oracle Cloud Data Management and Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS).

This role will involve significant interaction with Finance leadership and key stakeholders within the IT organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Work as part of the Hyperion and ARCS Application support teams in assisting to administer and support said systems
* Support the financial close and forecast/budget processes
* Provide day-to-day functional support to Local, Regional and Group Finance teams
* Incident and problem investigation and resolution according to required change request policies and procedures
* Assist the broader I.T. Technical Teams to resolve any system issues
* Develop Reports and HFM webforms and provide support to Local, Regional and Group Finance analysts to analyse and interpret information
* Provide user end training
* Assist and support Group Finance in the administration of data mappings within the ETL tool (FDMEE)
* Assist in Close process preparation
* Collect, synthesize, validate all system related business change/update requests
* Understand system implications of change requests
* Work with Application Administrator to update system based on change requests
* Perform acceptance testing post changes to validate results (User Acceptance Testing)
* Provide strategic input to assist in the planned future development
* Become subject matter expert on Oracle EPM products yet to be launched
* Act as a security liaison to ensure users have proper access
* Assess, identify and trouble shoot any functional issues in the system

Knowledge, Education, Skills and Experience (Required)


* Experience with HFM/EPM- administration and application development.
* Experience or exposure to FDM / FDMEE/ Data Management
* Experience or exposure to FDMEE Mappings, Scripting.
* Understanding of financial close cycle and best practices
* Experience or exposure to other Oracle cloud solutions (ARCS, PBCS, FCCS etc)
* Hands-on experience in creating Hyperion webforms, Hyperion Standard Reports, function based Smartview spreadsheets
* 1+ Years' experience supporting\working in depth with Oracle Cloud solutions, Account Reconciliation, Planning and Budgeting, EDM, PCM etc.
* Knowledge of on premise HFM, FDMEE, Hyperion Planning, knowledge of Metadata Management, Memberlists, Rulefile and Smartview, Developing and support finance reports


* (Desirable) knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions, Account Reconciliation, Planning and Budgeting, EDM, PCM etc.
* Managing EPM projects: on premise and cloud related.
* Knowledge of Oracle EBS is preferred
* Manging Oracle EBS projects is preferred
