I am assisting an innovative FinTech with their search for an Enterprise Risk Manager, offering a hybrid working model (predominantly working from home!) and their office in the North West. This is a great opportunity to utilise your Risk Management experience as you own and embed the Enterprise Framework, processes and controls within the 2 nd line of defence.

Has a Tech Risk person from Yabota

This is more of a framework level - clear understanding of the risk profile of the organization, controls are understood and operating

As Enterprise Risk Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Designing, implementing and embedding the Operational Risk Management Framework and Policies
* Own the definition / embedding of standards & processes, along with the governance for enterprise risk and controls
* Maintain effective working relationships across all three lines of defence, enhancing Risk's value to the business
* Own the RCSA process
* Provide leadership to the business as you implement and embed best risk management practice across all lines of defence

You should apply for the Enterprise Risk Manager position if you have:

* Have a strong understanding of Risk plays into a technology environment
* Demonstrable Operational Risk/Enterprise Risk (management/leadership) experience within financial Services
* RCSAs experience
* An ability to think outside the box and demonstrate innovation towards to risk
* Knowledge of regulatory capital requirements - advantageous
* Excellent communication / stakeholder management skill
* Strong communication skills.
